  • Track & trace coordinator — tracking loads and updating customers.
  • Carrier sales representative — finding and negotiating with carriers.
  • Dispatcher — planning drivers and trucks.
  • Compliance coordinator — driver files, carrier onboarding and audits.
  • Customer service / account coordinator — order entry and shipper communication.
