Highway carriers must transmit cargo and conveyance information electronically to CBSA before arriving at the border.

Highway carriers must transmit cargo and conveyance data electronically to CBSA; it must be received and validated at least one hour before arrival at the first port of arrival (and may be sent up to 30 days ahead).
