About this course

Start here. This level gives you the mental map every dispatcher, broker and logistics coordinator needs: who the shippers, brokers, 3PLs, carriers, owner-operators and dispatchers are, how they work together, and how a load travels from a shipper's dock to a paid invoice.

You will also meet the supporting players — factoring companies, insurers, warehouses, ports, railroads, customs brokers and freight forwarders — and learn the core documents of every load.
