About this course
Cross-border freight is where small mistakes become long delays. This level walks through every step of moving a truckload between the United States and Canada — who sends which data, when, and what happens when something does not match.
You will run the Cross-Border Simulator on two lanes — Chicago → Toronto and Toronto → Detroit — with missing documents, customs delays, incorrect information, carrier issues and appointment changes.
