No. The Academy is a private educational training platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any government agency in the United States or Canada.

No. Completing a course or the certification program does not grant FMCSA operating authority, broker authority, customs authorisation, government certification or any professional licence. Those must be obtained directly from the relevant authority.

It shows you completed the Academy's training and passed its assessments. Each certificate has a unique ID and QR code that anyone can verify on the certificate verification page.

No. Every carrier, broker, shipper, driver and load in the simulators is fictional training data. Any resemblance to a real company is coincidental.

Each regulatory topic shows the date it was last reviewed by the Academy and a link to the official source. Rules change, so always check the official source before acting.

Yes. Courses are self-paced, your progress is saved automatically, and you can return to any lesson.

No. The Career Center helps you build a résumé, practise interviews and find openings, but no training provider can guarantee employment.

Yes. Every video lesson has English, Hindi (हिन्दी) and Punjabi (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ) narration in natural neural voices — switch with one click and the video stays on the same slide. Slides, captions and written lessons are in English.

Yes. Level 1 — North American Freight Industry Fundamentals — is free with a free account: every video lesson, the flashcards, quizzes and the course certificate. You only pay if you continue to the specialist levels.

Yes. Corporate plans let a training manager assign courses to employees and track progress and certificates.
