Procedure

  1. Share driver name, truck and trailer numbers with the shipper before pickup.
  2. Ask the shipper to verify the driver's identity and the truck details at the gate.
  3. Do not change the carrier, driver or pickup details by email alone — confirm by phone through a verified number.
  4. Use tracking for the full trip and set alerts for unplanned stops.
